Job Description
- Support Marketing Manager to develop Brand Vision & Strategy.
- Design and execute Marketing Activation Calendars, Brand plans and promotional activities.
- Develop Packaging designs.
- Amplify the Category annual activity calendar via enhancement and deployment of key initiatives.
- Manage the Category and Brand portfolio.
- Contributes on Pricing Strategy.
- Develop communication plans and assets, ensure effective and efficient investment of media plans, and control A&M budget.
- Drive the innovation and renovation process for the brands and develop new product introduction and execution plans.
- Prepare creative & media agency briefs, evaluate agency proposals.
- Monitor media reviews and media audits.
- Lead brand analysis / diagnosis as well as insights generation with Insights Manager and present findings on quarterly basis.
- Manage A&M spending to be in line with AOP, through budgeting and monthly tracking within the overall budget plan set by the development team.
Skills
Qualifications:
- University degree, Marketing/Management degree is an advantage
- Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities, planning of sales, budget control, brand/product launches
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret complex data and translate it into useful and actionable information.
- Excellent project management skills covering product & process development within FMCG environment.
- P&L understanding
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good Collaboration and Communication Skills, ability to build cross-functional relations
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
- Ability to work independently, self-motivation and passion for learning and development
- Fluent in English
