Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading Steel company? We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Warehouse Store Persons. If you have previous warehousing experience, a background in heavy industry, and a passion for working in a steel environment, this role might be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and dispatch goods in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize equipment such as forklifts, gantry cranes, and other machinery.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
- Assist in unloading trucks and containers.
- Check the quantity of products received and report any discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehousing role is essential.
- Background experience working in the heavy industry is highly desired.
- Prior experience working in a steel environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and maintain physical fitness.
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong sense of reliability.
- Must hold a valid full driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
