Inventory Deployment Specialist (Order Fulfillment BE)
The Purpose:

As an ATP (Available-to-Promise) Senior Specialist, you are responsible for the on-time and in-full fulfillment of our BNFL customer orders. You will be taking care of orders in Belgium and ensure the best service by guaranteeing we have the right stock in the right place according to our customer's needs. You will be in close contact and work on coordination between our Inventory Deployment teams, Order Management teams, Demand Planners and the Operational teams in our BNFL warehouses and breweries.

What will you be doing:
- Act as a point of contact to identify and analyze risks for material unavailability, whilst coordinating solutions with strong stakeholder management across the Supply Chain and Commercial teams to mitigate issues
- Allocating orders to the correct plant according to stock availability in the network
- Planning replenishments between BNFL warehouses to ensure correct stock availability
- Performing out-of-stock checks to follow-up on order allocation and replenishment planning
- Ad-hoc crisis management to react on potential out-of-stock situations
- Reporting to BNFL network regarding materials which are not in stock
- Attend routine meetings with supply and commercial teams to discuss stock issues / Escalate potential out of stocks
- Project coordination and integration, including both BSC Prague and Local initiatives (systems and new business ventures) whilst working in multiple business applications
- Reacting on demands and questions and solving issues, liaising with relevant business stakeholders
What you'll bring:
- Graduate degree or at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in Logistics/Supply Chain (e.g. stock management, warehousing, planning, scheduling).
- Stress resilience, self-driven and proactive mindset
- Flexible to adapt working hours to business needs (depending on team deadlines, seasonal activity or bank holiday calendar of the country you work for)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Fluency in English - Dutch or French is considered a plus
