As a CTA you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
Creates and executes global clinical supply plan and distribution strategy.
- Supports financial planning for global clinical supplies, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
- Addresses and resolves issues involving global distribution of clinical supplies.
- Directly communicates pertinent clinical supply information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports the design and set-up of interactive voice response system (IVRS) on assigned projects.
- Acts as primary specialist in the management of clinical supply logistics for low to medium complexity clinical studies.
- Develops supply forecast models for low to medium complexity studies
- Coordinates the procurement activities for investigational product, comparator, and other noninvestigational medicinal product (NIMP) and/or ancillary supplies for low to medium complexity studies.
- Interprets relevant protocol information to develop packaging/labeling design for low to medium complexity studies.
- Supports design and set-up of IVRS system for low to medium complexity studies.
- Coordinates the origination, proofing and transition of clinical study labels for low to medium complexity studies
- Proactively communicates drug supply delivery timelines to appropriate stakeholders.
Proactively communicates with all stakeholders to ensure adequate quantity and timely delivery of clinical supplies throughout duration of a trial.
- Monitors and manages retest dating for assigned study supplies.
- Resolves clinical supply complaints and addresses supply replacement requests, as required
Intermediate knowledge of regulations governing investigational products, including GMP and ICH/GCP guidelines
Proficiency in the management of clinical supply chain logistics
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously under limited direction.

You are:
Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences or related field- 3 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated above. All employees must read, write and speak fluent English and host country language.
