Client: US healthcare company
Hours: 5 days a week, EST
Salary range: TBD - generally equal to or higher than market rates
Tools required: Computer, noise cancellation headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection
Objective: To pull reports and document patient wounds and organize records.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Wound Care Intake and communicating with Payers to determine which patients have insurance eligibility.
- Assess which wounds are eligible for supplies under Medicare guidelines
Store and effectively organize records of clinical details, dispensing orders, and documents.
- Enter patient, wound, and dressing data into wound orders and onto spreadsheets.
- Add product specifics to spreadsheets, and support product verification steps to prepare orders including sizes, quantities, and preferred brands.
- Validate medical necessity for existing orders, document changes accurately.
- Communicate via email and phone with staff at home, giving clarification on clinical questions or timelines for delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- With a minimum of 2 years of clinical wound care experience is preferred.
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or related field.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.

Pay: Php45,050.00 - Php50,350.00 per month
