Clinic Admin [Singapore]


 

He/ She plays a pivotal role because the person is the face of the company. Being at the front counter, he/she is usually the first point of contact as well as the final point of contact for our patients. Ultimately, the Clinic Admin duties is to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks at its highest standards.


Detailed Job Description

  • Greet & welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic and ensure they are well taken care of

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication (including calls, emails and messages)
  • Update and manage clinic’s appointments
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
  • Monitor supplies / inventory and to manage the re-ordering
  • Ensure front counter area is tidy
  • Perform other administrative functions such as photocopying, making appointments, scanning, taking payments etc

Skills & Desired Traits

  • Able to multi-task well and excels in a fast paced & dynamic environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good customer-oriented attitude / personality
  • Well-groomed and spoken
  • Able to converse (verbally and written) with patients in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient with the computer and office equipment (such as printers, payment terminals)
