As a Promo specialist, you will be a key member of the Trade team, working closely with the Category and Sourcing Teams for optimizing Promotions of FMCG categories for AB stores, Franchise & ENA Cash & Carry. The primary focus of the role is to select the right promos to offer to our customers. It requires the ability to understand processes and objectives as well as what data is available in order to identify strong and weak points as well as opportunities and threats. As a result, you will “marry” a compelling, data-driven “storytelling" promotions strategy and implementation. What you will focus on

Gather and analyze Data (internal numerical, market share, competition promo) to provide insights that can be translated to actions
Work closely with Category management teams to review & create promo proposals based on Promo Strategy and data analysis insights
Use promo planning tools
Collaborate with Category Managers, Buying Directors, Marketing Department & Merchandising Department
Implement approved promotional plan in collaboration with respective departments
Who we are looking for
BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any other relevant field. MSc / MBA would be considered an asset
At least 2-3 years working experience in Retail Category Management, FMCG Category Analysis, Market Research, Trade Marketing, preferably at a multinational environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Working knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of Python is a plus
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
