Administrative assistant
Responsibilities:
KOTRA Budapest (KOREAI KÖZTÁRSASÁG NAGYKÖVETSÉGE, KERESKEDELEMI KÉPVISELET - KOTRA) KOTRA, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency(Commercial Section of Embassy of the Republic of Korea), is seeking an administrative assistant. Tasks/Responsibilities:Answer and transfer phone calls at reception Welcome visitors and guests Prepare meetings upon request Maintain office supplies Assist with financial tasks Manage KOTRA's vehicles(insurance management, refueling, etc.) Provide support to Korean employees or delegations traveling or staying, including tasks related to hotels, vehicles, visas, and insurance Manage administrative documents of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea Perform other general administrative duties Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Monthly Salary: Minimum HUF 400,000(Gross, full-time), negotiable based on experience and qualificationsSkills and Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications:Language: Required: English(Higher advanced, business proficiency) and Hungarian(Native) Preferred: Korean(Basic to Intermediate) Degree : University or College Degree Experience : 2~3 years of relevant work experiences is preferred, entry-level applicants are also welcome.
